Walnuts, The super anti inflammatory NUT!!

A recent review paper from Spain gave a detailed assessment of the nutrients walnuts contain. They are rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and are particularly high in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).  The micronutrient content of walnuts is high. It seems that they can play a role in reducing inflammation.
